1. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check. It takes about 3-4weeks to get the sample bikes ready after receipt of your full sample payment.

2. Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 1*20ft container, the models and colors can be mixed in this container, normally we request MOQ per model/color: 30pcs.
3. Q: Do you accept OEM customer’s orders?
A: Yes, we can make the bicycle according to customer’s specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request.
4. Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: No. All bikes are to be produced according to your order including samples.
5. What’s your bike quality situation?
A: It is the fact that what we manufactured are all in middle/high quality classes in the world market, closing to the A-brand in the world. While, different countries have different quality standard, such as CPSC in America, CE in European market, our bike quality may change a little, according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries.
6. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. We can also accept 85% single carton packing, 100% bulk packing and custom packing according to customer’s special requirements.
Q7. How long will the batteries hold their charge?
A: All the batteries will self-discharge when not in use. The self-discharging rate depends on the temperature at which they are stored. Excessively cold or hot storage temperatures will drain the batteries faster than normal. Ideally the batteries should be stored at room temperature.
Q8: Why should I recharge my batteries at least every 90days (Li-ion) when I’m not using them ?
A:Batteries naturally loose their charge over time. To keep the batteries in optimal condition and extend their life. It’s recommended that a top-off recharge be performed at least every 90 days.
Q9: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to battery and 3 years to mid drive motor.
