FAQ

1.  What’s your MOQ request?

Usually, for an order direct from our factory in China, we request for a normal order by 1X20′ container to start. The models and colors can be mixed in this containers. Usually, we request MOQ per model/color: 30pcs.
Usually, for a sample order or a small quantity order. 

2.  What’s your delivery time?

General speaking, it takes about 45-55 days to get an order ready from MOQ to 40′HQ container. But it may take some extra time, according to your actual quantity and complexity of your order details. For example, if your order is covering some details specially developed for you, the delivery time may be longer.

3.  What’s your payment term?

Usually, we request 30% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight. We also accept payment to be transferred through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

4.  What’s your warranty for your bicycle?

Frame and fork: 1 year’s warranty
All the electric components(including the battery): 2years’ warranty
Mechanical parts:1/2 year’s warranty
5.  Do you accept OEM customer’s orders?

Yes, in our factory in China, we can make the bicycle according to customer’s specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request, provided the order is by 1X20′ container and more. Otherwise, we have to negotiate it.

6.  What’s about your sample policy?

We are honored to supply samples for your check our quality and actual manufacturing value. The samples may need to pay some additional charges. But if you purchase the container order, it can be refund to you. Usually , in our China factory, it takes 3-4 weeks to get the sample bikes ready, after receipt of your full sample payment.

7.  What’s your bike quality situation?

It is the fact what we manufactured are all in middle/high quality classes even in European market, closing to the A-brand in the world. All the electric bicycles we manufactured is basically according to present European Standard, especially for European market. It may change a little bit, according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries. 
8.What’s your normal package?

The package for electric bikes with  middle motor, one piece per carton SKD 85%, that means front wheel, handlebar set bound to the frame; the package for electric bikes with  motor, usually, one piece per carton SKD 95%, that means front wheel to be assembled to the bike front fork, while handlebar set to be bound to frame. Inside the carton, we will arrange some necessary inner protection pads in order that the bicycle kept perfect, after long transportation and frequent loading and off-loading

9. Will you deliver the right products as I ordered? How can I trust you?

The core culture of our company is based on integrity and honesty. Our company have been audited and approved by TÜV/SÜD, Germany.  
Also, we are 10 years’ producing experience in the line of ebikes, with good and regular transaction history data.
